The Friends and Family test was introduced by NHS England to allow patients to rate how they have experienced care across the NHS. You may have also received a questionnaire if you have visiting the hospital or the Walk-in Centre.

Every month the practice has to send data to NHS England showing responses that patients have made about their experience of the surgery. The practice displays this in the waiting room so that you can see how we are doing.

You can give your feedback either

  • By responding to the SMS text that you may receive after you have had an appointment at the surgery.
  • Using the tablet in reception
  • completing a paper feedback form in reception and putting it in the Friends and Family Test box.

These are all reviewed monthly and updated data is on the notice board by the Friends and Family Test tablet and feedback box.

You can also give feedback on the NHS Website (this used to be called NHS Choices)
